Testing Tosca

Overview

The position of Testing Tosca is crucial to our organization as it involves ensuring the quality of our software products through robust testing and automation. The role plays a key part in guaranteeing the reliability and functionality of our software solutions, ultimately contributing to a positive user experience and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute automated test scripts using Tosca for software applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand testing requirements and scenarios
Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing using Tosca tools
Analyze test results and report on the quality and stability of the applications
Create test cases, test data, and test reports to ensure adequate test coverage
Identify and document software defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues
Participate in agile ceremonies and provide testing insights to improve software quality
Contribute to continuous improvement of test automation frameworks and processes
Stay updated with industry best practices and implement them in the testing processes
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members in test automation practices

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Proven experience in test automation using Tosca for at least 3 years
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles
Proficiency in defect tracking and reporting tools such as JIRA
Demonstrated knowledge of software quality assurance and testing processes
Experience with performance and load testing using Tosca
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Good communication and collaboration abilities within a multi-disciplinary team
Certification in Tosca or other relevant testing automation tools is a plus
