Windows Server and Security Administrator

Detailed Job Description:

Assist with Software deployment and updates using SCCM, PowerShell and other tools to assess the stability, security, and scalability of installed Windows systems.
Work with Team to ensure all systems are compliant. Troubleshooting non-compliant devices and making them compliant. Updating software with the latest security patches and ensuring the proper defenses are present.
Responsible for installing, managing, and upgrading Windows-based systems and servers.
Troubleshooting- System and Server Errors.
Work very closely with IT admins and security team to address any Security issues
General system administration duties in a Windows Active Directory environment
Advanced training certifications will be a plus.
 

Requirements and Experience:

A minimum of 7 years’ experience is required.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of network security systems, intrusion detection systems, and data backup.
Strong Knowledge of below technologies with hands-on is must
Window Operating Systems, Windows Performance Issues, PowerShell, VMware, Hyper-V, Windows Failover Clustering, SCCM, Active Directory.
Knowledge of Redhat Linux, Ansible, is a plus
Willing to work during off-hours.
Flexibility to travel to either Iselin, NJ location or downtown Manhattan, NY
