Preferred Qualifications:

• Workday Certification in Knowledge Management or related modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, manage, and maintain Workday Knowledge Management modules to support organizational goals.
• Partner with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to design and implement a seamless user experience for accessing organizational knowledge and resources.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience with Workday, specifically in the Knowledge Management module.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and how they interface with Workday functionalities.
