- Legacy Server platform migration to a new platform
- Understanding the needs of customers and performing the migration for the customer
- Working on ways to automate and improve internal system processes
- Developing, testing, executing, examining scripts and analyzing results
- Identifying technical problems and developing updates and fixes
- Working with google engineers to ensure that migration successfully completed and works as intended
DevOps Eng with Python + Python Developer ( Lead/snr Engineer )
Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible to migrate legacy Server platform services to a new platform
- Understanding the needs of customers and performing the migration for the customer
- Working on ways to automate and improve internal system processes
- Developing, testing, executing, examining scripts and analyzing results
- Identifying technical problems and developing updates and fixes
- Working with google engineers to ensure that migration successfully completed and works as intended
- Investigate best practices for server platform migration.
- Perform root cause analysis of errors and resolve technical issues
- Develop scripts to automate internal processes.
- Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
Required Skills
- 10 + Experience as a Python Developer / DevOps engineer / SRE Engineering
- Experience in software deployment processes
- Experience in building and configuring CI/CD pipelines
- Experience in SRE Automation or regular scripting language automation experience
- Infrastructure architecture experience along with server platforms
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as batch scripting, perl, shell scripting etc.
- Perform necessary configuration activities during the migration process.
- Good knowledge of Python and or C++ , Java is nice to have
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good Problem-solving and troubleshooting attitude
- Collaborative team spirit
- Ability to organize independently
Preferred skills and qualifications
- Bachelor of science degree (or equivalent) in computer science, engineering, or relevant field
- Python experience for a large company
