3PL WMS Analyst

We are looking for a 3PL WMS Analyst to join our team and contribute to the development of critical warehousing systems to aid our warehouse team’s day to day operations and enhancements.

The 3PL WMS Analyst’s responsibilities include supporting and solving day to day issues for our warehousing teams as well as help identify improvement items for the development teams.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Configuration and implementation of WMS systems (Blue Yonder) and screens
• Offer application specific experience and knowledge to solve problems
• Implement changes and improvements based on provided requirements documents
• Provide trending and continuous improvement items to development teams
• Work with users and other stakeholders to drive new and innovative solutions to problems
• Communicate and inform various stakeholders about any issues with the current warehousing solutions

SUPPLEMENTAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Act as a Tier 3 escalation point for support issues

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Proven work experience as a support analyst, developer or similar role
• 3 years of experience with warehouse management applications (familiarity BlueYonder, JDA, or Red Prairie experience preferred)
• Understanding of SQL
• Efficient communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or similar discipline is required
• Experience within a manufacturing/distribution environment preferred
• High energy, self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Agile methodology experience preferred
• Proven analytical, problem-solving and process management skills

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to travel up to 10%; may include international travel
