Description

Responsibilities:

High volume client activity, prospecting, cold calls, email campaigns, networking events and exceeding 10 meetings a week

A willingness to travel to and from client sites as needed

Ability to work independently and in a team environment, manage your own schedule to meet and exceed expectations

Manage existing client business (MSAs) and identify new target accounts to meet/exceed monthly target

Accountable for building a sales pipeline

Establish relationships with client decision makers

Work closely with the technical recruiting team to ensure client needs are met

Requirements

2-5 years of outside sales experience, IT staffing experience preferred

Experience providing staffing solutions to local IT hiring managers and building out a wide book of business

Previous experience with CRM or Sales Enablement tools like Salesforce

Experience with Business Development through direct sales and breaking into new clients

Experience developing and maintaining long term client and candidate relationships

Experience with lead gen & cold calling to identify, support and close sales with new and existing clients

Strong communication, presentation skills, high energy and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment

A demonstrated history of professional relationship building

Strong network across the industry segment with proven ability to acquire and grow new customers

Ability to establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners

Proven track record of generating new business and achieving revenue growth is a plus
