Resolve overcharges on the Expedia Virtual Cards through submission to issuing banks

Provide further evidence and information to issuing bank during hotel rebuttal phase

Conducting analysis of data to find opportunities for rebuttal efforts

Communicate clearly and effectively to convey information through emails

Monitor and maintain work queue to ensure cases do not exceed our recovery timelines

Complete work effectively and efficiently to achieve department metrics

This position is a hybrid work requiring the individual to work 50% of the time in office each week
