Work You'll do

Administrative managers coordinate and support services to organizations. These administrative professionals manage the services that allow organizations to operate efficiently, such as secretarial and reception, administration, payroll, conference planning and travel, information and data processing, mail, materials scheduling and distribution, printing and reproduction, records management, telecommunications management, security, parking, and personal property procurement, supply, and disposal. Additionally, they implement procedures to improve productivity and customer service. Administrative services managers acquire, distribute, and store supplies, while others dispose of surplus property or oversee the disposal of unclaimed property. They are responsible for coordinating the physical workplace with the people and work of an organization. Ideal candidate will have prior military experience in an administrative role and a minimum of two years of professional experience.

Qualifications

Required:
 

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future
  • Bachelor's Degree in applied science or any related field
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role with responsibilities that may include: secretarial and reception duties, administration, payroll, conference planning and travel, information and data processing, mail, materials scheduling and distribution, printing and reproduction, records management, telecommunications management, security, parking, and personal property procurement, supply, and disposal
  • Experience in coordinating and supporting services to organizations within a program office or government consulting environment
  • Experience in developing, implementing and overseeing administrative functions,
  • Active Secret Clearance


Preferred:
 

  • Master's degree in applied science or other related field
  • Active Top Secret Clearance

This compensation range is specific to California, Colorado, Hawaii, Jersey City, Nevada, New York state, and Washington state and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $76,000 to $127,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
