Invoice Management
Review and submit invoices monthly
Submit requisitions for goods and services' Purchase Orders
Maintain Division of Community Health Services (CHS) contract Year to Date (YTD) spreadsheets
Local Health Budget Review
Review and analyze Local Health budgets as new contracts and/or amendments, adjustments, revisions, and funds revisions are submitted
Maintain County Employee Data Base
Maintain County Contract Totals and line item allocations
Regional Support
Update and maintain the Local and Regional Health Catalog
Review, submit, and track County Cooperative Agreements
Fiscal Unit Assistance
Submit Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) enrollment for existing payors or new payor contracts
Assist Contract Analyst with Local Health renewals and amendments
Assist in preparation of impromptu reporting
Assist in special project on an as needed basis
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Ability to prioritize workload
Good written and verbal communication skills
