Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation & Configuration: Design, implement, and maintain Adobe Analytics tracking solutions across digital platforms, including web and mobile applications.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders, driving improvements in customer experience and engagement.
  • Reporting & Visualization: Create and automate custom reports and dashboards to communicate key performance metrics and trends to various teams.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure accurate tracking and alignment with business goals.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform regular audits of tracking implementations to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of tracking specifications, data layers, and reporting processes.
  • Training & Support: Provide training and support to team members on Adobe Analytics tools and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in digital analytics, with a strong focus on Adobe Analytics.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Analytics, including tag management systems (e.g., Adobe Launch), JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with other analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SQL or similar database query languages.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and optimization strategies.
