Implementation & Configuration: Design, implement, and maintain Adobe Analytics tracking solutions across digital platforms, including web and mobile applications.
Data Analysis: Analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders, driving improvements in customer experience and engagement.
Reporting & Visualization: Create and automate custom reports and dashboards to communicate key performance metrics and trends to various teams.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure accurate tracking and alignment with business goals.
Quality Assurance: Perform regular audits of tracking implementations to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of tracking specifications, data layers, and reporting processes.
Training & Support: Provide training and support to team members on Adobe Analytics tools and best practices.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in digital analytics, with a strong focus on Adobe Analytics.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Analytics, including tag management systems (e.g., Adobe Launch), JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with other analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) is a plus.
Knowledge of SQL or similar database query languages.
Familiarity with A/B testing and optimization strategies.
