Overview:
The role of an Adobe Analytics Developer is crucial to our organization as it involves gathering and interpreting data from web analytics to enhance business strategies and decision-making. The developer will work closely with various teams to implement and maintain Adobe Analytics solutions, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain Adobe Analytics implementations and configurations.
Translate business needs into technical requirements for Adobe Analytics.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define metrics, KPIs, and data visualizations.
Implement and customize Adobe Analytics tracking codes and tags.
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Optimize tracking parameters and data collection techniques.
Manage data quality and ensure accurate reporting.
Create and maintain documentation for Adobe Analytics solutions.
Provide training and support to end-users on Adobe Analytics tools and features.
Stay updated with industry best practices and trends in web analytics.
Required Qualifications:
Collaborate within the cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver analytics solutions that meet business objectives.
Create, implement, and maintain Adobe Launch and OneTrust environments for multiple web properties
Contribute to standards for coding, release management, and quality assurance processes within the team.
Create and maintain relevant documentation for all platforms the team works on where relevant.
Keep up to date with emerging trends in marketing technology and contribute to conversations for improvement.
Analyze data from marketing technology systems to derive actionable insights.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
Provide training and support to marketing teams on the use of marketing technology tools.
Troubleshoot issues and liaise with stakeholders and users for technical support when necessary.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and implement security measures to safeguard marketing data and systems.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
4 years experience developing and working in marketing technology platforms
Familiarity with cookie compliance platforms such as OneTrust
Familiarity with tag management systems such as Adobe Launch
Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, and other programming languages
Experience debugging code within a browser
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
Experience creating and supporting complex software in an enterprise environment
Strong quality assurance skills. Experience collaborating with QA automation engineers
Preferred Qualifications:
Deep experience with Adobe Launch
Experience with OneTrust cookie compliance
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
