Data Modeling:Understanding how to structure and model data to support personalized and targeted customer interactions within the AJO platform.
Integration Skills:Ability to integrate Adobe Journey Orchestration with AEP/ Adobe Campaign and external systems for a unified customer experience.
Springboot and JavaScript Knowledge of working with APIs and SDKs to connect Adobe Journey Orchestration with external data sources or systems.
Understanding of personalization techniques and strategies to tailor customer journeys based on user behavior, preferences, and data.
Basic UX design skills to create engaging and user-friendly interfaces for customer interactions within the orchestrated journeys.
Familiarity with testing methodologies and optimization strategies to refine and improve customer journeys over time.
Ability to use analytics tools to measure and analyze the effectiveness of orchestrated journeys, making data-driven decisions for optimization.
