Agile Coach Consultant

Must haves:
* Demonstrable background of Agile coaching working with teams, product owners
and enterprise interactions – thus someone just coming from a Scrum Lead
position wont have the relevant experience
* Demonstrable ability to meet an enterprise where it is and develop a joint
way forward 
* Ideally experience / background in business consulting
* Has conducted quarterly planning
* Experience working remote with teams (we have a team in Canada which will
require teams interactions)

Nice to haves:
*Knowledge of Lean Portfolio Management
*Knowledge of Digital Product Management
