Activities and skills of the consultant:

  • SAFe framework knowledge with PI planning implementation experience 
  • Helps create and conduct Agile training for PI planning and other agile topics 
  • Facilitate office hours for supporting and coaching teams as they pre for their first PI planning event. 
  • Good documentation and facilitation skills
  • Help conduct training on Agile KPIs and metrics.
