What will you be doing?
• Work with the Product Delivery Manager to evangelise Agile values and to promote modern working behaviours amongst the Tribe
• Help shape requirements and work with stakeholders to manage priority and plan delivery of new components or changes to the brand(s)
• Own a number of ceremonies including squad standups, planning sessions, show & tell, retrospectives and Scrum of Scrums
• Serve as the Agile Coach for a maximum of two development squads and coordinate with other Agile Coaches / Scrum Leads within the Tribe
• Work with and provide communications to senior management on delivery progress
• Growing and evangelising cultural best practices such as Guilds and Chapters, and growing engineering communities
• Serve as the “front door” into development squads, enabling and enhancing their velocity whilst maintaining their wellbeing and morale
• Being responsible for incremental adjustment to working models allowing autonomous, yet highly aligned Squads to thrive
What we’re looking for:

• Experience of working in Salesforce environment
• Certified SAFe
• Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master/ Scrum.Org Professional Scrum Master
Skills that will help you in the role:
• Experience of working in an end-to-end software development lifecycle
• Experience in working in large software implementations with many teams delivering code across multiple areas
• Experience in rolling out large change across multiple business areas and dealing with business colleagues
Mandatory Skill
• Scrum master experience, with leadership and stakeholder management Project Management Certification EG Prince2, PMP etc • Knowledge and experience of e2e project lifecycle management within financial organisations. • Exercise good judgement and act independently on assigned tasks • Analyses situations, evaluates alternatives, and implement solutions within Barclays defined standards (where applicable) • Help to identify key issues and risks and manage accordingly • Gather relevant information before making a decision • Proposes a course of action or makes a recommendation based on all available information • Checks assumptions against facts

• Project managing medium and scale projects , from inception through to delivery • Ensure steady governance over the projects and effective stakeholder engagement and involvement in the programme – ensure transparency on delivery, issues and decision making • Ensure comprehensive project documentation, including project plan/ milestones, business requirements, process flow diagrams and management/ project status reporting • Work closely with key Front Office, Middle Office/Operations, Compliance and Technology stakeholders to obtain comprehensive business requirements. • Gather development and testing estimates and including these in formal project plans. • Work closely with run the bank staff on release planning of projects. • Ensure tasks are carried out in accordance within risk and control guidelines and all necessary client standards.
