Required Qualifications
•           Requirement Gathering and analysis from the client partners. 
·               Define architectural road-maps, strategy and communicate vision and approach
•           Being able to design complex cloud and on premise solutions
•           Stay up-to-date on emerging technology trends and promote an environment of learning
•           Lead collaborative discussions and propose architectural solutions to other architects and leads
•           Establish an approximate level-of-effort and staffing requirements for development projects
•           Hands on Experience with Java/Python/NodeJS based technologies or similar, Web Services, APIs
·               Worked on different security authentication mechanisms like OAUTH, Basic Auth etc. 
·               Hands on Experience in IBM Watson Assistant, Discovery. 
•           Strong database skills: RDMBS/NoSQL
•           Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and participate in code and design reviews
•           Experience with secure coding and quality practices
•           Strong analytical and problem solving skills
•           Be able to work with cross-functional teams
•           1+ cloud experience, preferably in Azure, IBM Cloud
•           5+ years experience as a Lead engineer in large and complex IT projects
•           2+ years of progressive experience in Application Architecture and Design
Preferred Qualifications
•           Successful implementation of Event driven architecture using Kafka or similar
•           Hands-on Azure DevOps experience
•           Knowledge about AI/ML, IBM Watson Certified. 
•           Database background: Oracle, MySQL, Mongo, Redis
•           Familiar with Agile methodology: Scrum, SAFe or others
