Essential Skills:-
Strong Knowledge of ALIP & ALIP Data structure ? 
Good understanding and experience in SQL(Postgres) 
Good understanding of XML basics
Good Knowledge of Annuity Products 
Good understanding of Life and Annuities product rules and business processes
Ability to work with team at Onshore and Offshore
Ability to work in an Agile environment.

Desirable Skills:-
Experience with ALIP Product Configuration or Business Configuration 
Experience in Python would be an added advantage.? AWS Experience 
CICD tools/Docker/Kubernetes
Good understanding of ITIL processes.? OPAS Knowledge would be an added advantage.
Elicits, analyzes, and documents business and technical needs of Conversion.
Communication skills? Customer presentation skills
