Roles & Responsibilities

 

  • Must have proficiency in administering Alteryx Server in Enterprise settings with minimum 5 year experience with Alteryx Server Administration Certification.
  • Alteryx SME for providing end user cadence for optimal deployment having through understanding of:
  • Alteryx Architecture
  • Alteryx Server Introduction
  • Alteryx Server Administration
  • Alteryx Designer Core
  • Proficient in Alteryx Platform engineering for Installation/configuration, Patching, and Upgrade with CI/CD experience.  
  • Able to support ops team in day-to-day activities, Testing, Documentation. & Issues/Problem management along with Python and R module installation and management.
  • Analyzing & optimizing existing deployment, Capacity assessment, Server Usage, & Reporting using MongoDB & WAM Tool.
  • Administer Users, Security, & Collections/Districts for workflow deployment.
  • Project management, Stakeholders Communication & training end users
  • Follow structured processes for change/incident management, code optimization, best practices implementation, & business continuity strategies.
  • Provide support to user community on various Alteryx/Alteryx Server and Desktop issues and communicate with business users effectively.
  • Experience troubleshooting network, firewall, and active directory issues including SSO/SMAL.
  • Through understanding on AWS cloud resource management and monitoring tools.
  • Expert in advanced deployments of API and Macro supporting multiple Alteryx versions.
  • Very Good communication skills, should be able to talk to users, understand their issues and provide advice.
  • Extensive experience in troubleshooting and support global environment 24/7 in case of production issues.
  • Experience working in agile team and using Jira; Familiarity with scrum processes, Incidence management and root cause analysis.
  • Strong technical skills on Windows including PowerScript/Shell/Automate
