Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Amazon Connect Specialist with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Amazon Connect architecture and deployment, and experience with Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solutions. This role involves working with AWS services related to multimedia and telephony, scripting, and integration with AWS services.
Key Responsibilities:
•           Architect and deploy Amazon Connect solutions.
•           Implement and support Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solutions.
•           Utilize AWS services related to multimedia and telephony, such as Amazon Polly, Amazon Lex, and Amazon Transcribe.
•           Develop scripts and integrate various AWS services to enhance contact center functionalities.
•           Provide ongoing support and optimization for Amazon Connect deployments.
•           Collaborate with customer teams to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
Qualifications:
•           Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•           3 to 6 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and AWS services.
•           Proficiency in scripting and integration with AWS services.
•           Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
•           Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:
•           AWS Certified Solutions Architect or similar certification.
•           Experience with multimedia and telephony services in AWS.
•           Knowledge of CCaaS solutions and best practices.
•           Familiarity with AWS services such as Amazon Polly, Amazon Lex, and Amazon Transcribe.
