Description

The Analyst is responsible for systems analysis in software development projects, focusing on requirements management, user stories, data analysis, and stakeholder support.

Required Skills:

Proficient in relational databases, Agile processes, and data analysis tools (MySQL Workbench, Chrome Web Developer).
Experience with process modeling (Lucid Chart) and integration tools (Postman, Apigee).
Familiarity with ETL tools (Talend), APIs, CI/CD, and telephony systems (Genesys).

Preferred Certifications: AWS certifications (Cloud Practitioner, Solutions Architect) are a plus.
