Job Description:

  • Monitor and manage Layer7 API Gateway operations and troubleshoot issues.
  • Oversee the installation, upgrades, and configurations of Layer7 software.
  • Develop and execute API policies and assertions within Layer7.
  • Handle incident management, service continuity, and problem resolution.
  • Ensure the security of API Gateway by implementing robust security policies and configurations.
  • Create and maintain thorough documentation of processes, systems, and user guides.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure efficient operation, robustness, and scalability of the Layer7 platform.
  • Ensure optimal performance of the Layer7 platform by conducting regular system checks and balances.
