Description

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience
  • Hands-on experience with Appian (20.x and above) application development
  • Appian Analyst and Associate, Senior or Lead Developer Level Certifications
  • Strong experience in implementing Appian applications and REST API/microservice -integrated solutions.
  • Experience with solution design, package deployment, change management and solution roll out
  • Strong interpersonal / communication skills to lead and engage stakeholders across different business disciplines to conceptualize best-fit solutions from available technical options
  • Experience working with an Agile team, methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira/Rally)
  • Experience with requirements gathering, analysis, resulting in an efficient application design
  • Able to clearly articulate pros and cons and lead the team to the right solution options.
  • Design and development of relational database schemas and SQL
  • Familiarity with software engineering support systems and tools (e.g. Bitbucket, Git, VS, TFS)
  • Languages: Java, Python (nice to know)
  • DevOps experience would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry is a plus


Formal Education
 

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
