Appian Developer

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Appian Senior Developer who will lead technical design sessions to define user experience, data definition, process/rules configuration, and integration for Appian Low-code automation solutions. The ideal candidate will oversee the build, test, and delivery of Appian Low-code automation solutions using industry-leading vendor technologies. Collaboration with diverse onshore/offshore teammates on the software development process and agile methodologies is a key aspect of this role.

Skills:

A minimum of five (5) years of experience with system implementations, coupled with a basic understanding of key concepts related to Software Development Life Cycle, Information Security, and Digital Transformation adoption.

Hands-on experience with low-code development using the technology platform Appian BPM.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated experience interacting with clients at multiple levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.

Advanced professional with the ability to apply concepts, practices, and procedures effectively.

Ability to work with minimal direction, lead, and train others.

High level of expertise in the required skill set.

For emerging skill sets, years of experience may matter less than the depth of knowledge and expertise, but traditionally may have 5-10 years of experience.
