Description:
Administrator Support Tier 1
Less than 1 year Linux system and software administration experience
Have some debugging, troubleshooting and analytical skills
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to effectively communicate and work with fellow team members and other functional team members to coordinate and meet deliverables (offshore incl.)
Be able to collaborate and work in a fast-paced global team environment with minimal supervision and have the ability to escalate issues in a timely manner
Ability to work in shifts including night shift
Must be able to work on weekends for alert monitoring and reporting
Good to have skills:
Linux administration and troubleshooting
Good to have shell scripting experience
Good to have SQL knowledge
Any graduate
