Application Developer Lead

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Lead design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of applications.
Maintain applications, ensuring proper documentation of requirements and business rules.
Ensure compliance with software development standards.
Provide production support and implement changes to source systems code.
Mentor and support skills development of the application development team.
Collaborate with Scrum Master, team leads, product owners, and high-level business users.
𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:
12+ years of .NET application development experience, with at least 5 years in a Lead/Architect role.
Proficiency in .NET, React, Git, Azure, and Azure DevOps Pipelines.
Experience in Agile projects.
