Exhibit technical expertise in maintaining and developing custom business reports and forms across multiple technologies, package modules, systems, and languages, including debugging, tracing, troubleshooting, and optimization.

Possess in-depth understanding and mastery of the techniques and tools utilized within our organization.
Assess situational needs and effectively communicate and analyze when interacting with customers and project team members.
Develop and maintain secure applications and application extensions across multiple systems and formats, identifying gaps, vulnerabilities, and deviations from business rules affecting development.
Proficiently utilize APIs in multiple systems and formats to retrieve and send data to other business systems.
Engage in code and business process documentation, actively participating in peer code reviews.
Utilize knowledge of the applications stack to optimize development code while adhering to best practices.
Independently research solutions as needed and manage support cases appropriately.
Apply deep process knowledge across multiple business areas in development.
Qualifications
Associates/Bachelor’s degree or specialized training/certification, or equivalent work experience.
Typically, 4+ years of IT and/or Information technology related technical experience.
Demonstrated high degree of initiative, dependability, and leadership capability, able to work with minimal supervision and adapt to change effectively.
Strong collaborative skills within a team environment.
Expertise in desktop and productivity software.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Fluent in Oracle EBS Development tools (SQL Developer, BI Publisher, Reports).
Experience in Oracle Cloud Applications (Fusion).
Experience in Oracle EBS Applications.
Desirable
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Strong work ethic and a passion for continuous learning.
Familiarity with common IT best practice or methodology frameworks (e.g., NIST, ITIL, Agile/Scrum).
Prior experience in an IT service center role (2+ years).
Bachelor's (BS) degree in Computer Science, business administration, or a technology-related field.
Oracle Database Certifications: Advanced PL/SQL, Oracle Cloud Platform Application Integrations.
