Top Skills:

  • SQL and data analytics experience
  • Deep understanding of Excel and data manipulation tools
  • Integral part of the tech team responsible for creating requirements for the tool
  • Experience in query and testing, particularly manual testing across multiple systems – End to end testing
    • Testing using the test accounts, working with employees and customer to test their accounts as well.
    • Customers are residential customers.


Technologies:

  • SQL, Mongo DB, or similar technologies


Additional Notes:

  • Approximately 8-10 years of experience required.
  • Strong attention to detail – dealing with customer account data.
  • Proven experience in effective communication with stakeholders
  • Ability to multitask in a fact paced environment and heavy communication (Teams, emails, calls)
  • Independent worker
