Application Support Analyst
The Application support Analyst provides application’s technical support and assistance to users of the Asset Finance system, troubleshooting issues, and helping maintain the smooth operation of the system. They are the first point of contact with the business users for any day to day system operational issues. Support Analyst under leadership of Tech Lead are to ensure that all jobs and processes are monitored and maintained.
Required Skills:-
Technical Proficiency Understanding of the Asset Finance system (CMS and its integration components), and its technical aspects.
This includes good knowledge of application processes and functionalities. Basic SQL development.
Manage and monitoring of system jobs Understanding of SOAP and REST API Must have understanding of Netsol CMS system and technical landscape of Asset Finance platform.
Problem-Solving Skills Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues as first level support analyst.
This includes skills in diagnostic techniques and issue resolution methods.
Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively communicate with business users, vendor and team, and articulate issues and solutions.
Customer Service Skills Ability to provide high-quality support and assistance to users.
Teamwork Ability to work effectively with a team, share findings, and collaborate on solutions.
Support Processes Deep understanding of support processes, such as incident management, problem management, and change management.
Attention to Detail Ability to meticulously examine the system’s functionality and spot errors or inconsistencies.
