Description

Must Have Skills / Experience:
Must have prior software application support background in Financial Services / Banking.
Account Reconciliations / AR software experience. Prior knowledge of accounting, accounts payable, and reconciliation is a requirement. 
Strong process knowledge: Understand and learn how/why Reconciliation works today. Ability to bring suggestions on how to improve.
Business Analysis skills - Analysis of Business processes and documenting
Lean Six Sigma
Platform Engineering
ServiceNow is a big plus
Job Summary:
5 days a week in the office.
Will be a member of the Reconciliation squad supporting an internal account reconciliation application.
Help maintain the application uptime, performance, stability, and scalability.
Prior agile experience is nice to have, but not required.
Attend all agile Reconciliation ceremonies.
Must have prior software application support background.
Knowledge of Service Now is nice to have, but not required.
Experience in software/systems application support.
Continual improvement and fine-tuning of various alerting and monitoring systems to support Reconciliation. 
Six Sigma knowledge or certification is preferred. 
Review/update/create reconciliation documentation. 
Develop best possible, most robust, and extensible solutions for new LOB initiatives.
Building tools and processes to support analytics & monitoring. 
Continual improvement and fine-tuning of various alerting and monitoring systems.
Understand and be responsible for specific daily and monthly reconciliation tasks (examples: weekly maintenance, month end, escheatment, and more)
Prior knowledge of accounting, accounts payable, and reconciliation is a requirement.
