Responsibilities
● Responsible for monitoring and responding to open ckets submi ed
through an incident management system
● Priori ze and handle service requests and incidents according to SLA.
● Iden fy opportuni es for process improvement and contribute to
departmental initiatives
● Responsible for improving and documen ng the processes around
application support
● Applica on administrator to configure / setup the data or processes for
application implementation.
● Develop scripts works with team to automate repeatable manual tasks (if any)
● Perform data maintenance / patching for various system whenever needed.
● Perform data extrac on based on user request.
● Develop reports for repe ve data extrac on request or requests by user.
● Work with vendor to troubleshoot and resolving the issue.
● Handle business month end ac vi es or emergency support as required
● Resolve system problems during non-business hours or backlogs by providing
off-hours support as needed
Requirements
● Must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Informa on Technology or related.
● Minimum 3 years experience as Application Supporter or Report builder.
● Excellent SQL skills for IBM DB2 and MS SQL database.
● Worked on Crystal Report or Power BI is added advantage.
● Ability to explain complex ideas to those with limited IT and systems knowledge
● Good verbal and wri en communica on skills
● Listening ability and pa ence
● Good customer service and rela onship management experience.
● Independent and able to work in team.
● Self-learn ability
