Description

Knowledge of production support processes, including incident/change/problem management, and escalation procedures. 

- Excellent UNIX/Linux Skills and well versed with deployment pipeline 

- Experience in Java, Web applications, API, Kubernetes, Containers 

- 5 years of Experience and willing to be on-call rotation on weekdays and weekends. 

- 5 years of experience in Java and Linux application support and DB concepts 

- 5 years of experience in Production support working in a globally distributed team 

- Support after hours maintenance windows and deployment 

- Strong understanding of containers & microservice architecture. 

- Experience with builds, deployment, troubleshooting and production support 

- Strong scripting knowledge and work on experience is more value add 

 

Program/Project Overview      

Visa Analytics Platform (VAP) is a Tier 1 external client facing application and 24X7 support of VAP application is needed for member banks across the globe. 

 

Engagement Deliverable(s)     

• VAP is a critical revenue generating analytical application used by 2500+ member bank customers for reporting and analysis to uncover new opportunities with data-driven insights and need to be available with 24X7 with technical support. 

• VAP Application Support for clients and product teams 

• Incident resolution and Change deployment. 

• VAP subscription is expected to grow hugely with community banks program in FY24.
