Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

AI Integration and Implementation:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI solutions to improve clinical and operational outcomes.
Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate AI capabilities into existing systems and workflows.
Ensure AI solutions align with clients strategic goals and regulatory requirements.

Performance Optimization:

Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI solutions, identifying areas for improvement.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of AI applications.

Security and Compliance:

Assess and recommend security measures to protect AI systems and data.
Ensure all AI implementations comply with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential security threats.

Project Management:

Manage AI projects from conception to deployment, including planning, execution, and post-implementation review.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure project milestones are met.
Maintain detailed documentation of AI projects, including technical specifications and user guides.

Research and Development:

Stay current with the latest advancements in AI technology and industry trends.
Conduct research to identify new AI applications and solutions that could benefit client.
Provide expert recommendations on the adoption of new AI tools and technologies.
