Associate Content Technical Specialist

About the Role:

In this role as an Associate Content Technical Specialist, you will:

Performs data conversion-related functions including organizing, updating and maintaining electronic databases, loading data to the product repository.
Processes coded data to ensure adherence to internal tagging, requirement specifications and company standards.
Reviews and analyzes data provided by vendors.
Amends data through tagging at the request of customers while maintaining product/business requirements.
Performs quality assurance tasks.
Documenting workflow and developing checklists for different projects and publishing it into SharePoint.
Understand and document the client requirements and process followed.

About You:

You are a fit for the role of Associate Content Technical Specialist, if your background includes:

Experience Required: 0-1 year of related Work Experience
Good Strong knowledge of data markup language/ structures and ability to read DTD (Document Type Definition).
Writing Macros in MS-Word/ MS-Excel/Ultraedit or other text editors, to automate routine tasks.
Experience working with extracting/ editing graphics (JPG, GIF, etc.).
Basic knowledge of scripting using Perl/ JavaScript/ Python.
Knowledge of stylesheets (XSLT).
Ability to prioritize/ troubleshoot various day-to-day issues.
Proficient use of relevant systems and technology tools.
Knowledge and understanding of database publishing requirements.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities.
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
