Associate Lead Consultant - Oracle EBS- Apps

Job Description

We are looking for Senior Oracle R12/ Fusion Consultant with knowledge of Order Management and Warehouse/Manufacturing/Inventory module
R12 Application Developer, Proficient with PLSQL, R12 Oracle Application EBS, OAF Development, REST Service Development experience & SQL Tuning Experience.

Oracle Apps Technical Skills:
1. Oracle Apps Technical with Oracle Application Framework (OAF) involves developing, customizing, and extending Oracle Applications using OAF technology. 
2. Oracle Forms and Reports, OAF for Oracle E-Business Suite customization. Very good experience using BC4J,JSP,AM,VO & CO is expected.
3. PL/SQL (Procedural Language/Structured Query Language)
4. Oracle Workflow
5. Oracle BI Publisher
6. Oracle Application Object Library (AOL)

Oracle Apps Technical with OAF Responsibilities:
1. Customizing and extending Oracle E-Business Suite using OAF technology.
2. Developing new pages, components, and extensions for Oracle Applications.
3. Integrating custom functionality with standard Oracle Applications modules.
4. Enhancing user interfaces and improving user experience within Oracle Applications.
5. Debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in Oracle Applications.

Tools and Technologies:
1. JDeveloper: Oracle's IDE (Integrated Development Environment) for OAF development.
2. OA Framework Extension.
3. Application Object Library (AOL).

Other Experience Expected:
1. Effective stakeholder management including the internal as well as external stakeholders for the project
2. Lead a team to deliver the expected business results
3. Provide direct reports ongoing development, feedback, coaching, and mentoring.
4. Develop detailed plans and accurate estimates for completion of build, system testing and implementation phases of project.
5. Contribute to internal trainings within team, as a part of team scaling up activity
6. Act as the technical expert, ensuring quick turnaround in identifying application issues and providing timely solutions.
7. Participate in testing activities along with functional counterparts and provide quick resolutions
8. Develop and utilize supporting metrics to plan, execute, track, and pivot, as necessary.
9. Engage with the functional teams for requirement gathering/understanding and to convert functional specifications to technical specifications
10.Comply with all coding standards and performance measures, as per customer/organizations guidelines.
