Role:
– ATL Campaigns – Media strategy, planning and execution for all India TV, Print, OOH, Cinema advertising.
– Responsible for efficient media planning / buying – Implement marketing investments in brand communication mix, media selection and sales promotion, PR activities & BTL/Activations aligned with the AOP along with the measurement.
– Working on Digital Marketing by designing and driving company’s digital strategy in conjunction with the overall marketing objectives. Driving Digital Brand visibility, Social Media & digital campaigns, Content Development and overall Budgeting.
– Lead Campaign Planning & Execution across digital platforms via SEM, Google- Display/Search/ Discovery, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn. Programmatic advertising, Affiliate marketing and Email Marketing campaigns to generate sales.
– Heading B2C Business Model for the direct consumer business via franchisees across India with retail & contractor management
– PR & Brand Management -Brand Road Map for Brand positioning, Value drivers and competing with competition. Measuring Brand & TOM Score.
– This position reports into the Head of Marketing

Requirements :
– Education : Any Graduate + MBA
– 4+ years of Work Experience in Marketing, with emphasis on B2C and Digital Marketing preferably in the Building Materials Segment
– Some experience in managing direct to consumer businesses
– Good experience in ATL Campaigns, PR and Brand Management
