Job Description
Role:
– Responsible for project sales business for the assigned territory.
– Proper forecasting, building up project pipelines, & achievement of sales as well as specification budgets
– Identify new opportunities for conversion; convert the identified opportunities into revenue generating business.
– Involved in customer initiatives & technical engagement (for selected accounts).
– Generating & driving specification for all the Company’s products through Developers, Architects, Clients, PMCs and Turnkey contractors across the assigned territory as well as for other regions.
– Identifying and driving business development activities for growth in new products, segments and applications for the Key accounts.
– Gather information from market on competition’s activity & market mapping to gather competition’s price information, analysis & steps for market share upgrade.
Requirements:
– BE (Mech / Civil / Electrical) or equivalent + MBA (Preferred)
– 5 to 7 years of relevant experience
– Minimum 4 years experience in sales and marketing of Building Material Industry or related segments (same target customer).
– Experience handling key accounts of Architects/Builders and handling projects in the industrial/healthcare/hospitality sector.
– Good communication skills
– Project sales and specification management
– Good networking skills
– Excellent persuasion skills
– Strong knowledge of technical subjects such as acoustics, fire, engineering drawings and sustainability will be an advantage.
