Role & responsibilities

We are seeking experienced Atlassian Cloud Administrators with a minimum of 4 years of dedicated experience. This is a pure admin role, and we will only consider candidates with a strong background in Atlassian Cloud administration. The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge of REST API and possess excellent communication skills. Certification in Atlassian products is a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and manage Atlassian Cloud products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.).

Utilize REST APIs for automation and integration with other tools and systems.

Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting of Atlassian applications.

Ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability of Atlassian Cloud environments.

Provide technical support and training to users.

Document administrative procedures and best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and meet their requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with Atlassian Cloud administration.

Strong understanding of REST APIs and their implementation.

Certification in Atlassian products (preferred but not mandatory).

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proven ability to work independently and remotely.

Strong problem-solving skills and technical acumen.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
