Position Summary:

The Implementation Manager for Audio Visual (AV) Operations will be responsible for managing the successful implementation of AV projects from initiation to completion. This role involves coordinating with clients, managing project timelines, overseeing installation teams, and ensuring that all AV systems are installed and configured to meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and implementation of AV projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
• Coordinate with clients to gather project requirements and provide technical expertise during the planning phase.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Oversee installation teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work and adherence to project specifications.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, AV Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in AV project management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing AV project implementations.
• Strong understanding of AV systems, technologies, and industry standards.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to create detailed project plans and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
