Automation Consultant

Job Description:

Scope: Consultant focused on enhancing our observability platforms and improving service level objective (SLO) tracking across various data sources and Health Dashboarding and correlation.

Responsibilities:
->Implement frameworks for SLO tracking and alert correlation across traces, metrics, and logs using service metadata
->Develop Grafana dashboards connected to InfluxDB and Redshift to provide visibility for operations teams across business applications
->Build and improve data pipelines using SQL, Python, messaging technologies, and AWS services
->Create monitoring, alerting, and self-service solutions on AWS infrastructure
->Work with cloud architecture and SRE teams to expand observability platforms and meet monitoring requirements
->Manage event streaming pipelines developed in AWS Serverless
->Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
->2+ years experience in software engineering or DevOps on AWS cloud
->1+ years experience with front end frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular
->Proficiency with a timeseries database like InfluxDB
->Strong written and verbal communication skills
->Experience with AWS services like Kinesis, Step Functions, Redshift, DynamoDB
->Skills in languages like Python and SQL
->Background in data visualization tools like Grafana, Tableau, or PowerBI
