Automation Engineer Senior

What You Will Be Doing

Proficient designing and creating test conditions and cases to address business and technical use cases
Logs all defects discovered and tracks them through closure
Awareness on Project Release and Closure processes
Ensures that the reliability, performance, and functionality of assigned features and functionality meet or exceed business goals
Excellent problem solving, organizational, and priority management skills
Able to work independently and act pro-actively
Able to multi-task

What You Bring~

Extensive experience in Automation testing of UI applications with Selenium (Java)
Should also have experience in Cucumber BDD with Page Object Model - JUnit, Git, maven or equivalent tools
Hands on experience creating/maintaining software test automation framework
Build and maintain automated test scripts in a robust and efficient manner
Ability to do root-cause analysis of the failures during the test executions to assist the developers
Should be able to guide and assist the team members technically
Should be experienced in any of the industry standard test management tools like JIRA, TestRail or equivalent tools
Good to have skills - TestNG, RestAssured, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, SQL
Strong knowledge of Software QA Methodologies and processes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to grasp the issues quickly and make critical judgements in the situations of ambiguity and work through the constraints
