Roles and responsibilities:

What You'll Do:

1. Lead automation strategy development and implementation.

2. Identify automation opportunities and prioritize projects.

3. Design, develop, and maintain automated solutions.

4. Provide technical leadership to automation teams.

5. Establish automation best practices and standards.

6. Optimize automation processes and monitor performance.

7. Integrate automated solutions into existing systems.

8. Manage vendor relationships and evaluate tools.

9. Stay updated on automation trends and technologies

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's preferred.

2. Minimum 12 years of automation experience, with 4 years in leadership.

3. Proficiency in RPA, test automation, and workflow automation.

4. Experience with tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Selenium.

5. Strong leadership and team mentoring skills.

6. Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.

7. Track record of delivering automation projects on time and budget.

8. Relevant certifications are advantageous
