Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure solutions.
Deploy and manage applications on AWS platforms.
Configure and manage cloud services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and others as required.
Develop automation scripts for provisioning, monitoring, and maintenance tasks using tools like AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, or Ansible.
Monitor system performance and implement optimizations for cost, reliability, and scalability.
Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues in the AWS environment.
Stay updated with AWS services, features, and best practices to continuously improve cloud infrastructure.
Provide guidance and support to other team members on AWS-related projects.
Participate in on-call rotation and incident response as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong experience working with AWS cloud services and solutions.
Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools like AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, or Ansible.
Knowledge of networking concepts and experience configuring VPCs, subnets, security groups, and routing tables in AWS.
Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes is a plus.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and experience with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline.
Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, ELK Stack, or Grafana.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in a distributed environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Certifications:
AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Developer, or other relevant AWS certifications are a plus.
