• Supporting the Sales Cycle – Azure App Architect
• Partnering during Sales - Collaborates with internal stakeholders in the pre-sale process by understanding business requirements and providing industry and technical input and/or solution offerings to help shape the deal. Supports drafting proposals (estimations) and/or statement of work (SOW)
• Understanding Customer environment – ability to assess customer environment and business outcomes desired to support “outcome” based conversations. Development of demos to support sales conversations.
• Contributing to Offering Development - Drives the re-use of intellectual property and recommends practices in both pre-sales and delivery.
• Communicating Effectively - Experience giving presentations to executive audiences and linking technical solutions to business outcomes
• Providing value - Guide business and technical decision makers on creating business value.
• Trusted Advisor/Thought Leadership - Azure App Architect
• Ability to be seen as a trusted advisor to the customer – does this through providing thought leadership, building influence through addressing problems/blockers and facilitating additional views to drive clarity
• Understand competitor solutions and identify how customer business value can be driven through Microsoft's offerings. Steers the customer/partner conversations to the benefits of the solution rather than the features and functionalities.
• Share ideas, insight, and strategic, technical input with internal teams and leverages those inputs to inform IP development

• Technical Oversight Delivery – Azure App Architect
• As a technical leader you will provide technical oversight on engagements to provide consistency from sales to delivery
• Provides quality reviews on technical architecture and design
• Identifies technical and business risks in programs and proposes mitigations.
• Aligns solutions with the intent of the architecture.
• Lead technical assessments and strategy related engagements
• Proactively manages executive-level customer/partner/stakeholder relationships to identify and contribute to the drivers of satisfaction and dissatisfaction, determine the root cause, and establish recovery actions to improve the experience. Shares lessons learned with workgroup and consultant community.
Skills
• 10+ years’ experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or technology domain around Application/IOT solutions development
• 5+ years of architecture experience
• ARM Templates, DevOps, API Gateway, Virtual Networks, Private EndPoints, Load Balancer,
• Azure Active Directory, PowerShell, Bicep
• Working knowledge with AGILE development, SCRUM and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) with one or more of the following programming languages: .NET, C++, Java, JSON, PHP, Perl, Python, Ruby on Rails, Pig/Hive
• Strong skills in C#, ASP .NET, ASP .NET MVC, ASP .NET Core, React JS, JQuery and Java Script
• Strong in MS SQL server or Azure SQL with writing complex queries, stored procedures, performance improvements
• Guide business and technical decision makers on creating business value on top of the Azure platform through Architect Design Sessions, Ideation, Workshops, and Rapid Prototyping
• Excellent presentation, communication, leadership and client development skills to effectively present information to company leadership. Ability to translate the technical into business language.
