Azure Architect

We are seeking an experienced Azure Architect. As an Azure Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimize Azure solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform specifically tailored to Dynamics 365 applications. You will work closely with our development, operations, and security teams to create scalable, highly available, and secure architectures.

The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Azure services, strong architecture design skills, and a track record of successful Azure projects. Work closely together with the solution architects/Leads in the Dynamics 365 F&O CoE team to make sure we create global solution as per guardrails.

Responsibilities and skills:

Design and implement scalable and highly available solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architectural requirements and develop solutions that align with business goals.

Create and maintain Azure architecture documentation, diagrams, and best practices.

Provide expertise in areas such as Azure Virtual Machines, Azure App Services, Azure Storage, Azure SQL Database, Azure Networking, and Azure Active Directory.

Ensure compliance with security and governance policies while architecting solutions.

Develop and implement cost optimization strategies for Azure resources.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Azure infrastructure and services.

Stay updated with the latest Azure features, services, and industry best practices.

Microsoft Azure certifications, such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure DevOps Engineer Expert.

Proven experience designing and implementing Azure solutions.

Strong knowledge of Azure services and features.

Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates.

Proficiency in scripting and automation using tools such as PowerShell or Azure CLI.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines in Azure.

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
