Corteva has a global Cisco network environment (with thousands of locations). Their infrastructure includes 6 data centers globally (Iowa (2), Indiana, India, Brazil and Switzerland). On prem servers are running CentOS/RHEL/AIX and Windows OS with VMware. They use TWS for their job scheduling tool for on prem servers. They do not have any mainframes. Databases are Azure SQL, SQL, Oracle and HANA. They run the full suite of Microsoft technologies including M365 and Teams for video meetings. Cloud environment is Azure IaaS and PaaS running mostly native services including ARM/Bicep templates. They also use Ansible for automation. ServiceNow is one of their core platforms for service management, they use most of the modules. This observability platform will integrate with ServiceNow.
