Job Description

  Job responsibilities
•    Ensure Databricks platform health and performance
•    Ensure Databricks platform customer satisfaction by coordination of Databricks Platform DevOps Engineer resources to achieve timely request fulfillment and incident management
•    Provide L2 incident management and escalate to / coordinate with L3 support if/where needed
•    Manage Databricks system configurations, including cluster policies, secrets, and job scheduling
•    Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users, addressing any platform-related issues
•    Enhance the Databricks Platform in terms of integration, activation of new features, integration with additional services
•    Manage Databricks specific Azure Storage and Network configuration
•    Consult Databricks platform customers on how to best use the platform to meet business requirements
