- Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise for SQL and Azure related issues.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide effective solutions.
- Diagnose and resolve problems related to SQL and Azure databases.
- Assist in the implementation and configuration of Azure and SQL infrastructure.
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and propose preventive measures.
- Communicate technical solutions and best practices to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions for future reference.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Azure and SQL technologies and advancements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in technical support, preferably with a focus on SQL and Azure DBA .
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Azure services, including Azure Virtual Machines, Azure SQL Database, Azure App Service, Azure Storage, etc.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, including query optimization, indexing, and performance tuning.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and identify creative solutions.
- Microsoft Azure certifications, such as Azure Administrator or Azure Developer, are preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
