Responsibilities:
· Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Azure services such as VMs, App Services, Networking, Storage, and AAD.
· Troubleshoot and resolve complex Azure-specific incidents within defined SLAs.
· Manage incident tickets from initial response to resolution, ensuring good communication with stakeholders.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address issues effectively.
· Execute maintenance tasks, patching, updates, and configuration management to maintain platform stability.
· Automate routine tasks using Azure Automation and PowerShell scripting.
· Uphold Azure security best practices and enforce security policies.
· Contribute to the Knowledge Base for comprehensive documentation.
· Share knowledge through internal sessions and suggest improvements.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
· 3+ years of experience in cloud operations, specifically with Azure technologies.
· Strong troubleshooting skills for Azure-related issues.
· Familiarity with Cloud-friendly OS systems administration and scripting languages.
· Experience with monitoring tools like Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
· Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.
Valuable Assets:
· Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps.
· Experience with Azure Cost Management and optimization strategies.
· Security certifications (e.g., AZ-500).
· Cloud automation experience.
