Azure Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Implementation of Azure Solutions:

Architect scalable, secure, and efficient cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure.
Maintain a structured, systematic approach to design and implementation.
Ensure alignment of solutions with organizational goals and technical requirements.

Technical Leadership and Team Management:

Lead a team of six Azure Engineers within a larger 60-member cloud migration program, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
Oversee planning, organizing, and delivery of migration activities in an Agile environment, emphasizing flexibility, iterative progress, and responsiveness to change.
Drive continuous improvement and standardization across the Azure team and related projects.
Set and achieve short- and long-term objectives for Azure and cloud solutions.

Governance and Collaboration:

Ensure adherence to ITIL processes and operational policies throughout the migration program.
Collaborate effectively with the broader migration team, including architects, project managers, and stakeholders, to align deliverables with program goals.
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure alignment and progress within the migration program.
Develop and maintain compliance, operational, and maintenance policies for Azure implementations, supporting the entire migration initiative.
