Back End Developer

Role: Backend Developer (Golang)

Location: Jakarta

What You’ll Do:

Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Golang.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (front-end developers, DevOps, product managers) to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Ensure the performance, reliability, and scalability of the backend systems.
Troubleshoot and optimize existing code for maximum efficiency.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in Golang and backend development to improve our technology stack.

What You Bring:

3 years of proven experience as a backend developer with a strong focus on Golang.
Solid understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and database design.
Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Exposure in banking projects would be preferable.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams.
